Classic Cheeseburger

- •brioche burger buns
- •American cheese slices
- •lettuce leaves
- •tomato slices
- •dill pickles
- •mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard
- •salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1Form beef chuck into patties, making them slightly wider than the buns. Dimple the center.
- 2Sear in a hot cast-iron skillet for 3 minutes. Flip, place a cheese slice on top, cover the pan, and cook for 2 minutes to melt the cheese.
- 3Toast brioche buns in butter.
- 4Spread special sauce on the bottom bun, add pickles, lettuce, tomato, cheese-topped patty, and top bun. Serve hot.
