Got a dish you make from whatever's left in the fridge? A pantry dinner you fall back on every week? Send it in. Every submission is read by an editor, and the ones that fit are published in the From Your Fridge recipe catalog, where home cooks find recipes by the ingredients they already have.

Name and email are optional. We only use them if we have a question about your recipe. They're never published.

Recipe submission FAQ

Will every submitted recipe be published?expand_more

No. We publish recipes that fit our leftover and weeknight catalog: everyday ingredients, clear steps, and realistic timing. Recipes that are very similar to one we already have may not be published.

Will you change my recipe?expand_more

We may edit for clarity and consistency — tightening wording, standardizing measurements, splitting long steps, and adding nutrition estimates and cooking times. We don't change what makes the dish work.

What do you do with my name and email?expand_more

Both are optional. We use them only if we have a question about your recipe. They are never published on the site and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Can I submit more than one recipe?expand_more

Yes. Send as many as you like; there's a limit of a few submissions per hour to keep spam out of the queue.

What if a recipe with my dish's name already exists?expand_more

Give yours a more specific name that describes what makes it different, such as "Brown Butter Banana Bread" instead of "Banana Bread".
