Yangzhou Fried Rice

Classic fried rice tossed with shrimp, char siu pork, eggs, and sweet peas.

Ingredients

Provided

  • cooked cold white rice
  • shrimp peeled
  • char siu pork diced
  • eggs beaten
  • peas and carrots
  • soy sauce
  • green onions

Instructions

  1. 1Scramble eggs in a wok and set aside.
  2. 2Sauté shrimp, char siu pork, and peas/carrots in the wok.
  3. 3Add cold rice and break up clumps, tossing constantly on high heat.
  4. 4Drizzle soy sauce and stir in the scrambled eggs.
  5. 5Garnish with green onions and serve.
