Yangzhou Fried Rice

- •cooked cold white rice
- •shrimp peeled
- •char siu pork diced
- •eggs beaten
- •peas and carrots
- •soy sauce
- •green onions
Instructions
- 1Scramble eggs in a wok and set aside.
- 2Sauté shrimp, char siu pork, and peas/carrots in the wok.
- 3Add cold rice and break up clumps, tossing constantly on high heat.
- 4Drizzle soy sauce and stir in the scrambled eggs.
- 5Garnish with green onions and serve.
