Instructions
- 1Brew a cup of strong Vietnamese dark coffee.
- 2Whisk egg yolks and condensed milk in a bowl for 5 minutes until pale, thick, and fluffy.
- 3Gently spoon the whipped egg yolk cream over the hot coffee.
- 4Dust with a pinch of cocoa powder and serve warm.
