  • strong brewed dark robusta coffee
  • egg yolks
  • sweetened condensed milk
  • cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. 1Brew a cup of strong Vietnamese dark coffee.
  2. 2Whisk egg yolks and condensed milk in a bowl for 5 minutes until pale, thick, and fluffy.
  3. 3Gently spoon the whipped egg yolk cream over the hot coffee.
  4. 4Dust with a pinch of cocoa powder and serve warm.
