Tres Leches Cake
Traditional sponge cake soaked in a sweet wash of condensed milk, evaporated milk, and heavy cream, topped with fresh vanilla whipped cream.

Instructions
- 1Bake a standard sponge cake, poke holes all over with a fork, and cool.
- 2Whisk condensed milk, evaporated milk, and heavy cream together.
- 3Slowly pour the milk mixture over the cake until fully absorbed. Chill overnight.
- 4Whip heavy cream, vanilla, and sugar to stiff peaks. Spread over the cake.
- 5Dust with cinnamon, garnish with fresh berries, and serve cold.
