Instructions
- 1Simmer chicken broth, galangal, and lemongrass in a pot for 5 minutes.
- 2Stir in coconut milk, sliced chicken, and mushrooms.
- 3Simmer for 8 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
- 4Turn off heat and stir in fish sauce and fresh lime juice.
- 5Garnish with sliced red chilies and cilantro.
