Yorkshire pudding batter baked around sizzling pork sausages.

Ingredients

  • pork sausages
  • eggs
  • all-purpose flour
  • milk
  • beef drippings or oil

Instructions

  1. 1Whisk eggs, flour, milk, and a pinch of salt to make a smooth batter; rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 2Bake sausages with oil/fat in a deep baking dish at 425°F (220°C) for 10 minutes until sizzling.
  3. 3Immediately pour the batter around the hot sausages in the dish.
  4. 4Bake for 25-30 minutes without opening the oven door until batter is puffed and golden.
