Tarte Tatin (Upside-Down Apple Tart)

Instructions
- 1Melt butter and sugar in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat until it turns to golden caramel.
- 2Arrange apple wedges tightly in the skillet over the caramel.
- 3Cook apples for 10 minutes until slightly tender.
- 4Cover the skillet with the puff pastry sheet, tucking the edges inside.
- 5Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes. Let cool slightly, then invert onto a plate.
