Taiyaki Fish Waffles

Instructions
- 1Whisk egg, milk, and sugar together, then fold in cake flour and baking powder to make batter.
- 2Preheat a taiyaki pan griddle and brush with oil.
- 3Pour batter into the fish-shaped molds, filling them halfway.
- 4Place a spoonful of sweet red bean paste in the center, and cover with more batter.
- 5Close the griddle and bake for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
