Tabbouleh Salad

A fresh herb salad loaded with chopped parsley, mint, tomatoes, and bulgur wheat.

Ingredients

  • fresh parsley finely chopped
  • fresh mint leaves chopped
  • Roma tomatoes diced
  • bulgur wheat soaked
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1Soak bulgur wheat in hot water for 15 minutes, then drain.
  2. 2Chop fresh parsley and mint very finely.
  3. 3Combine bulgur, parsley, mint, and diced tomatoes.
  4. 4Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, and serve cold.
