Tabbouleh Salad

- •fresh parsley finely chopped
- •fresh mint leaves chopped
- •Roma tomatoes diced
- •bulgur wheat soaked
- •lemon juice
- •olive oil
Instructions
- 1Soak bulgur wheat in hot water for 15 minutes, then drain.
- 2Chop fresh parsley and mint very finely.
- 3Combine bulgur, parsley, mint, and diced tomatoes.
- 4Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, and serve cold.
