Sweet and Sour Rotkohl

- •red wine vinegar
- •brown sugar

Instructions
- 1Sauté chopped onion and apple in butter in a pot.
- 2Add shredded red cabbage and stir to coat.
- 3Add red wine vinegar, brown sugar, cloves, and a cup of water.
- 4Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes until red cabbage is tender and sweet.
