Ingredients

  • pork shoulder cubed
  • cornstarch
  • pineapple chunks
  • bell peppers chunked
  • ketchup
  • rice vinegar
  • sugar
  • frying oil

Instructions

  1. 1Coat pork cubes in egg and cornstarch, then deep fry until crispy and set aside.
  2. 2Boil ketchup, vinegar, sugar, water, and cornstarch to make sauce.
  3. 3Add peppers and pineapple to the sauce, cook for 2 minutes.
  4. 4Toss the crispy pork in the sauce until fully coated and serve.
