Steamed Pork Potstickers
Dough wrappers filled with seasoned pork and cabbage, steamed and pan-fried.

Ingredients

- •ground pork
- •cabbage shredded
- •potsticker wrappers
- •soy sauce
- •sesame oil
- •garlic grated
- •ginger grated
- •vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1Mix pork, cabbage, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- 2Place filling in wrappers, fold, and pleat edges.
- 3Pan-fry potstickers in oil for 2 minutes until bottoms are brown.
- 4Add 1/4 cup of water, cover immediately, and steam for 5 minutes.
- 5Uncover and let cook until bottoms are crispy.
