Steamed Pork Potstickers

Dough wrappers filled with seasoned pork and cabbage, steamed and pan-fried.

Ingredients

Provided

  • ground pork
  • cabbage shredded
  • potsticker wrappers
  • soy sauce
  • sesame oil
  • garlic grated
  • ginger grated
  • vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. 1Mix pork, cabbage, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  2. 2Place filling in wrappers, fold, and pleat edges.
  3. 3Pan-fry potstickers in oil for 2 minutes until bottoms are brown.
  4. 4Add 1/4 cup of water, cover immediately, and steam for 5 minutes.
  5. 5Uncover and let cook until bottoms are crispy.
