Steamed Edamame

Fresh green soybean pods steamed until tender, tossed in premium flaky sea salt.

Ingredients

  • fresh or frozen edamame pods
  • water
  • flaky sea salt (maldon)

Instructions

  1. 1Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil.
  2. 2Add edamame pods and cook for exactly 5 minutes.
  3. 3Drain thoroughly and transfer to a serving bowl.
  4. 4Toss with flaky sea salt immediately while hot.
