Steamed Edamame
Fresh green soybean pods steamed until tender, tossed in premium flaky sea salt.

- •fresh or frozen edamame pods
- •water
- •flaky sea salt (maldon)
Instructions
- 1Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil.
- 2Add edamame pods and cook for exactly 5 minutes.
- 3Drain thoroughly and transfer to a serving bowl.
- 4Toss with flaky sea salt immediately while hot.
