  • tapioca starch
  • sugar
  • coconut milk
  • toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. 1Mix tapioca starch, sugar, water, and mashed bananas in a bowl.
  2. 2Pour the batter into a greased pan and steam for 25-30 minutes until set.
  3. 3Simmer coconut milk, sugar, and starch to make a thick sauce.
  4. 4Slice the banana cake, drizzle with hot coconut cream, and top with toasted sesame seeds.
