Spicy Soft Tofu Stew (Sundubu Jjigae)
A hot, bubbling stew made with extra soft tofu, clams, and vegetables in a spicy chili broth.

Ingredients

- •extra soft silken tofu
- •clams cleaned
- •pork ground
- •gochugaru (chili flakes)
- •anchovy stock
- •garlic minced
- •egg
Instructions
- 1Sauté ground pork, garlic, and gochugaru in sesame oil in a small clay pot.
- 2Pour in anchovy stock and bring to a simmer.
- 3Add clams and cook for 3 minutes.
- 4Slide the soft silken tofu gently into the pot, break into large chunks, and cook for 5 minutes.
- 5Crack a raw egg into the boiling stew right before serving.
