- •squid rings
- •white fish chunks
- •canned crushed tomatoes
- •garlic
- •fish stock
- •white wine
Instructions
- 1Sauté garlic and onions, add white wine, and simmer until reduced.
- 2Add crushed tomatoes and fish stock; bring to a simmer.
- 3Add fish chunks and squid, cook for 5 minutes.
- 4Add shrimp and mussels, cover, and cook for 5 minutes until mussels open.
