A rich seafood tomato stew cooked with mussels, shrimp, squid, and white fish.

Ingredients

  • mussels cleaned
  • shrimp
  • squid rings
  • white fish chunks
  • canned crushed tomatoes
  • garlic
  • fish stock
  • white wine

Instructions

  1. 1Sauté garlic and onions, add white wine, and simmer until reduced.
  2. 2Add crushed tomatoes and fish stock; bring to a simmer.
  3. 3Add fish chunks and squid, cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4Add shrimp and mussels, cover, and cook for 5 minutes until mussels open.
