Instructions
- 1Sauté ground lamb with onion and garlic, stir in tomato paste, carrots, peas, and beef broth; simmer.
- 2Prepare smooth mashed potatoes with butter, milk, and salt.
- 3Spread the lamb mixture at the bottom of a baking dish.
- 4Spread mashed potatoes over the lamb, fluffing with a fork.
- 5Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes until potatoes are golden and bubbling.
