- •strawberry jam
Instructions
- 1Rub cold butter into flour and sugar until it resembles breadcrumbs.
- 2Stir in milk to form a soft dough. Roll out to 1-inch thickness.
- 3Cut into rounds and place on a baking sheet.
- 4Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 10-12 minutes until risen and golden.
- 5Serve warm split in half, topped with clotted cream and strawberry jam.
