Instructions
- 1Whisk okonomiyaki flour, dashi, and eggs to make a smooth batter.
- 2Stir cabbage into the batter until well combined.
- 3Pour batter onto a hot greased flat griddle and top with bacon slices.
- 4Cook for 5 minutes, flip, cover, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- 5Flip back, brush with okonomiyaki sauce, drizzle with Kewpie mayo, and top with bonito flakes.
