  • dashi stock
  • eggs
  • cabbage finely shredded
  • bacon slices
  • okonomiyaki sauce
  • kewpie mayonnaise
  • katsuobushi (bonito flakes)

Instructions

  1. 1Whisk okonomiyaki flour, dashi, and eggs to make a smooth batter.
  2. 2Stir cabbage into the batter until well combined.
  3. 3Pour batter onto a hot greased flat griddle and top with bacon slices.
  4. 4Cook for 5 minutes, flip, cover, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5Flip back, brush with okonomiyaki sauce, drizzle with Kewpie mayo, and top with bonito flakes.
