Ingredients

  • short-grain rice
  • sugar
  • rose water
  • ground cardamom
  • pistachios chopped

Instructions

  1. 1Boil rice in milk in a heavy pot, simmering on low for 20 minutes until creamy.
  2. 2Stir in sugar and cardamom, cooking for another 5 minutes.
  3. 3Stir in rose water and remove from heat.
  4. 4Ladle into bowls, chill, and serve topped with chopped pistachios.
