Prosciutto & Melon Skewers
A refined pairing of sweet cantaloupe spheres wrapped in thinly sliced salty Prosciutto di Parma, garnished with fresh mint.

- •Prosciutto di Parma thinly sliced
- •fresh mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
- •fresh mint or basil leaves
- •balsamic glaze reduction
- •skewers
Instructions
- 1Using a melon baller, scoop spheres out of a ripe cantaloupe.
- 2Slice prosciutto strips in half lengthwise and fold them ribbon-like.
- 3Thread a mint leaf, a prosciutto ribbon, a mozzarella ball, and a melon sphere onto each skewer.
- 4Arrange on a clean serving board.
- 5Drizzle with a high-quality balsamic glaze reduction and serve chilled.
