Pork Wonton Soup

- •wonton wrappers

- •green onions
- •soy sauce
- •chicken stock
- •sesame oil
Instructions
- 1Mix ground pork, shrimp, ginger, green onions, and soy sauce.
- 2Fold filling inside wonton wrappers, wetting edges and pinching to seal.
- 3Bring chicken stock to a boil with ginger slices and green onions.
- 4Cook wontons in boiling water for 4 minutes until they float, transfer to bowls, and pour hot stock over them.
