Pork Gyoza (Dumplings)
Pan-fried dumplings stuffed with ground pork, napa cabbage, garlic, ginger, and green onions, crispy on the bottom and steamed tender on top.

- •ground pork
- •napa cabbage salted and squeezed dry
- •green onions sliced
- •soy sauce
- •sesame oil
- •gyoza wrappers
- •garlic and ginger grated
- •dipping sauce
Instructions
- 1Mix ground pork, squeezed cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- 2Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of a gyoza wrapper, wet the edges, fold, and pleat tightly.
- 3Heat sesame oil in a flat skillet. Place gyoza flat-side down and cook until the bottoms are golden and crispy.
- 4Pour in 1/4 cup of water and immediately cover with a lid to steam for 5 minutes.
- 5Remove the lid and let the remaining water evaporate, crispening the bottoms again before serving.
