- •pineapple chunks
- •curry powder
- •cashew nuts toasted
- •soy sauce
- •green onions
Instructions
- 1Sauté shrimp in a wok with oil; set aside.
- 2Sauté onion, pineapple chunks, and raisins in the wok.
- 3Add cold rice and sprinkle curry powder. Stir-fry on high heat.
- 4Stir in shrimp, cashew nuts, and soy sauce.
- 5Garnish with green onions and serve.
