- •ginger-garlic paste
- •tandoori masala powder

Instructions
- 1Whisk yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, and salt to make a marinade.
- 2Toss paneer cubes, peppers, and onions in the yogurt marinade and sit for 30 minutes.
- 3Thread the marinated paneer, peppers, and onions alternately onto skewers.
- 4Grill or broil at high heat (400°F/200°C) for 10 minutes, turning once, until charred at edges.
