Paneer Tikka Skewers

Spiced cubes of paneer cheese, bell peppers, and onions marinated in yogurt and broiled until charred.

Ingredients

  • paneer cheese cubed
  • bell peppers chunked
  • red onion chunked
  • Greek yogurt
  • ginger-garlic paste
  • tandoori masala powder
  • lemon juice
  • skewers

Instructions

  1. 1Whisk yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, and salt to make a marinade.
  2. 2Toss paneer cubes, peppers, and onions in the yogurt marinade and sit for 30 minutes.
  3. 3Thread the marinated paneer, peppers, and onions alternately onto skewers.
  4. 4Grill or broil at high heat (400°F/200°C) for 10 minutes, turning once, until charred at edges.
