Paneer Butter Masala
Cubes of fresh paneer cheese simmered in a rich tomato-cashew butter gravy, finished with fresh cream.

- •butter
- •onion purée
- •tomato purée
- •ginger-garlic paste
- •cashew paste
- •garam masala
- •cream
- •kasuri methi
Instructions
- 1Melt butter and sauté ginger-garlic paste and onion purée until golden.
- 2Add tomato purée and cook until oil separates.
- 3Stir in cashew paste, garam masala, and chili powder.
- 4Add paneer cubes and simmer on low for 5 minutes.
- 5Finish with kasuri methi and fresh cream, serving immediately.
