Paneer Butter Masala

Cubes of fresh paneer cheese simmered in a rich tomato-cashew butter gravy, finished with fresh cream.

Ingredients

  • paneer cheese cubed
  • butter
  • onion purée
  • tomato purée
  • ginger-garlic paste
  • cashew paste
  • garam masala
  • cream
  • kasuri methi

Instructions

  1. 1Melt butter and sauté ginger-garlic paste and onion purée until golden.
  2. 2Add tomato purée and cook until oil separates.
  3. 3Stir in cashew paste, garam masala, and chili powder.
  4. 4Add paneer cubes and simmer on low for 5 minutes.
  5. 5Finish with kasuri methi and fresh cream, serving immediately.
