Pan con Tomate
Artisanal crusty bread toasted and rubbed with garlic and fresh tomato pulp, finished with olive oil.

Ingredients

- •crusty bread slices
- •ripe tomatoes
- •garlic clove
- •extra virgin olive oil
- •sea salt
Instructions
- 1Toast or grill bread slices until golden brown.
- 2Rub each slice of bread with a cut garlic clove.
- 3Grate ripe tomatoes on a box grater to get the pulp, leaving skin behind.
- 4Spoon tomato pulp over the toasted bread.
- 5Drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil and season with sea salt.
