- •green scallion stalks cut in half
- •chili sliced
- •oil for frying
Instructions
- 1Whisk pancake mix and ice-cold water to make a thin batter.
- 2Heat a generous splash of oil in a pan.
- 3Lay scallion stalks side-by-side in the pan, then pour batter over them.
- 4Cook for 4-5 minutes until bottom is golden and crispy.
- 5Flip, press down, and fry for 3 minutes until crispy.
