Paella Valenciana
Traditional saffron rice dish cooked with chicken, rabbit, green beans, and rosemary.

- •chicken pieces
- •green beans
- •tomato grated
- •saffron threads
- •chicken stock
- •rosemary sprig
- •olive oil
Instructions
- 1Sauté chicken and green beans in a flat paella pan with olive oil until browned.
- 2Add grated tomato and cook for 5 minutes.
- 3Pour in hot chicken stock and add saffron threads; bring to a boil.
- 4Sprinkle Bomba rice evenly over the pan. Cook on high for 10 minutes.
- 5Reduce heat to low, add a rosemary sprig, and cook for 10 minutes without stirring to form a crust on bottom (socarrat).
