Mango Sticky Rice
Sweet glutinous rice steamed with coconut milk, served with fresh sweet mango slices.

- •coconut milk
- •palm sugar
- •ripe mangoes sliced
- •salted toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1Steam glutinous rice for 20 minutes until tender.
- 2Simmer coconut milk, palm sugar, and a pinch of salt until sugar dissolves.
- 3Pour half the warm coconut mixture over the cooked rice, cover, and let sit for 20 minutes.
- 4Serve sweet rice topped with fresh mango slices, drizzled with remaining coconut sauce, and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
