Mango Kulfi

Slow-reduced sweetened milk custard frozen with fresh Alphonso mango pulp and cardamom.

Ingredients

Provided

  • whole milk
  • condensed milk
  • heavy cream
  • Alphonso mango pulp
  • green cardamom powder
  • pistachios chopped

Instructions

  1. 1Reduce whole milk in a heavy pan on low-medium heat, stirring to avoid burning, until reduced to half.
  2. 2Mix in condensed milk and heavy cream, cooking for 5 minutes, then cool.
  3. 3Fold in fresh mango pulp and cardamom powder.
  4. 4Pour into kulfi molds and freeze for 8 hours.
  5. 5Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve chilled.
