Mango Kulfi
Slow-reduced sweetened milk custard frozen with fresh Alphonso mango pulp and cardamom.

- •condensed milk
- •heavy cream
- •Alphonso mango pulp
- •green cardamom powder
- •pistachios chopped
Instructions
- 1Reduce whole milk in a heavy pan on low-medium heat, stirring to avoid burning, until reduced to half.
- 2Mix in condensed milk and heavy cream, cooking for 5 minutes, then cool.
- 3Fold in fresh mango pulp and cardamom powder.
- 4Pour into kulfi molds and freeze for 8 hours.
- 5Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve chilled.
