Instructions
- 1Whisk milk, cream, sugar, and cornstarch in a pot over medium heat.
- 2Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture boils and thickens.
- 3Stir in rose water and remove from heat.
- 4Pour into serving cups, chill for 4 hours, and garnish with crushed pistachios.
