Loukoumades (Greek Donuts)
Fluffy, bite-sized fried dough balls soaked in honey syrup and topped with walnuts.

- •flour
- •warm water
- •honey
- •cinnamon
- •chopped walnuts
- •oil for frying
Instructions
- 1Mix yeast, water, and flour to make a wet dough. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- 2Drop small spoonfuls of dough into hot frying oil.
- 3Fry until golden brown and crispy (approx. 3 minutes).
- 4Drain and toss in warm honey syrup.
- 5Dust with cinnamon and top with chopped walnuts.
