Lemongrass Beef

Sautéed thin beef slices stir-fried with fragrant minced lemongrass, garlic, and chilies.

Ingredients

  • flank steak sliced
  • lemongrass minced
  • garlic minced
  • soy sauce
  • fish sauce
  • bell pepper sliced
  • onion sliced

Instructions

  1. 1Marinate beef slices in soy sauce, garlic, and lemongrass for 15 minutes.
  2. 2Stir-fry beef in a hot pan for 3 minutes, then set aside.
  3. 3Sauté sliced bell peppers and onions in the same pan.
  4. 4Return beef to the pan, toss with vegetables, and season with fish sauce.
