Kung Pao Chicken

- •chicken breast cubed
- •peanuts toasted
- •bell peppers chunked
- •dried red chilies
- •soy sauce
- •szechuan peppercorns
- •hoisin sauce
- •garlic and ginger
Instructions
- 1Marinate chicken in soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
- 2Sauté dried chilies and Szechuan peppercorns in oil until aromatic.
- 3Add chicken and stir-fry until white, then add garlic, ginger, and peppers.
- 4Stir in hoisin sauce and soy sauce. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- 5Fold in toasted peanuts and serve hot.
