Korean Fried Chicken
Crispy, double-fried chicken wings glazed in a sweet, sticky, and spicy garlic-chili glaze.

- •chicken wings split
- •potato starch
- •gochujang
- •soy sauce
- •honey
- •garlic minced
- •ginger minced
- •frying oil
Instructions
- 1Dredge chicken wings in potato starch until coated.
- 2Deep fry in hot oil (340°F/170°C) for 8 minutes, then remove and drain.
- 3Make glaze: simmer gochujang, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger until bubbling.
- 4Deep fry chicken wings a second time at 375°F (190°C) for 2 minutes until extra crispy.
- 5Toss the hot wings in the glaze until fully coated.
