Kimchi Fried Rice
Stir-fried rice cooked with tangy fermented kimchi and pork, topped with a fried egg.

Ingredients

- •cooked cold white rice
- •ripe sour kimchi chopped
- •pork belly or bacon diced
- •gochujang
- •sesame oil
- •egg
- •toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1Sauté pork belly in a hot pan until crispy; add chopped kimchi and cook for 3 minutes.
- 2Stir in gochujang paste and a splash of kimchi juice.
- 3Add cold rice and mix thoroughly, breaking up clumps.
- 4Turn off heat, stir in sesame oil.
- 5Serve hot topped with a sunny-side-up fried egg and sesame seeds.
