Katsu Curry
Crispy breaded pork cutlet served over rice with a thick, savory Japanese curry sauce.

- •pork cutlet breaded and fried
- •Japanese curry roux blocks
- •onion sliced
- •carrots chopped
- •potato chopped
- •chicken broth
- •steamed rice
Instructions
- 1Sauté sliced onions, carrots, and potatoes in a pot until onions are soft.
- 2Add chicken broth and simmer for 15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- 3Turn off heat, break curry roux blocks into the pot, and stir until completely dissolved.
- 4Simmer on low for 5 minutes until curry sauce thickens.
- 5Slice the crispy katsu cutlet, arrange over steamed rice, and ladle hot curry sauce over the top.
