Ingredients

  • canned chickpeas
  • tahini paste
  • garlic clove
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • ground cumin
  • pita bread

Instructions

  1. 1Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and a splash of water until smooth.
  2. 2Transfer to a bowl and create a well in the center.
  3. 3Pour olive oil into the well and dust with paprika.
  4. 4Serve with warm pita bread.
