- •ground cumin
- •pita bread
Instructions
- 1Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and a splash of water until smooth.
- 2Transfer to a bowl and create a well in the center.
- 3Pour olive oil into the well and dust with paprika.
- 4Serve with warm pita bread.
