Hotteok (Sweet Pancakes)

Instructions
- 1Knead flour, yeast, warm milk, and sugar into a sticky dough. Let rise for 1 hour.
- 2Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped walnuts for the filling.
- 3Take a ball of dough, flatten, place a spoonful of filling in the center, and pinch to seal.
- 4Fry the filled dough balls in butter on medium heat, pressing flat with a spatula.
- 5Cook for 3 minutes per side until golden brown and sugar inside melts.
