- •wood ear mushrooms
- •soy sauce
- •black vinegar
- •white pepper
- •cornstarch
- •egg beaten
Instructions
- 1Bring chicken stock, soy sauce, bamboo shoots, and mushrooms to a simmer.
- 2Stir in matchstick-cut tofu.
- 3Thicken soup slightly with cornstarch slurry.
- 4Drizzle in beaten egg to form thin ribbons.
- 5Stir in black vinegar, white pepper, and sesame oil just before serving. Garnish with green onions.
