Gulab Jamun

Instructions
- 1Boil sugar, water, cardamom, and rose water for 5 minutes to make a sticky syrup; keep warm.
- 2Mix milk powder, flour, baking powder, ghee, and milk to make a soft, smooth dough.
- 3Shape dough into small, crack-free round balls.
- 4Fry the balls in medium-low oil (300°F/150°C) until deep golden brown all over (approx. 5 minutes).
- 5Drain and immediately transfer the hot balls into the warm sugar syrup. Soak for at least 1 hour before serving.
