Griddled Philly Cheesesteak

Thinly sliced ribeye steak cooked with onions and green peppers, topped with melting Provolone.

Ingredients

  • ribeye steak sliced paper-thin
  • hoagie rolls
  • onion sliced
  • green bell pepper sliced
  • Provolone cheese slices
  • butter

Instructions

  1. 1Sauté sliced onion and green pepper in oil in a flat skillet until soft.
  2. 2Move vegetables aside, add thinly sliced steak, and sear quickly for 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3Mix steak and vegetables, lay Provolone cheese slices on top, and cover pan to melt.
  4. 4Scoop meat mixture into butter-toasted hoagie rolls and serve hot.
