Griddled Philly Cheesesteak
Thinly sliced ribeye steak cooked with onions and green peppers, topped with melting Provolone.

- •ribeye steak sliced paper-thin
- •hoagie rolls
- •onion sliced
- •green bell pepper sliced
- •Provolone cheese slices
- •butter
Instructions
- 1Sauté sliced onion and green pepper in oil in a flat skillet until soft.
- 2Move vegetables aside, add thinly sliced steak, and sear quickly for 2-3 minutes.
- 3Mix steak and vegetables, lay Provolone cheese slices on top, and cover pan to melt.
- 4Scoop meat mixture into butter-toasted hoagie rolls and serve hot.
