Greek Spanakopita

- •fresh spinach chopped
- •feta cheese crumbled

- •butter melted
- •onion chopped

Instructions
- 1Sauté onion and spinach until spinach is wilted, then squeeze out excess water.
- 2Mix spinach, crumbled feta, eggs, and dill.
- 3Brush sheets of phyllo dough with melted butter and cut into strips.
- 4Place a spoonful of filling on one end and fold into triangle pockets.
- 5Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
