Greek Lemon Potatoes

Instructions
- 1Toss potato wedges with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, and salt.
- 2Place potato wedges in a baking pan.
- 3Pour chicken broth into the bottom of the pan to keep potatoes moist.
- 4Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 30-35 minutes, turning once, until crispy outside and soft inside.
