German Potato Salad
Sliced boiled potatoes tossed in a warm bacon-vinegar dressing.

- •bacon diced
- •onion chopped
- •white vinegar
- •sugar
- •beef broth
- •parsley
Instructions
- 1Boil sliced potatoes until tender; drain.
- 2Fry bacon in a pan until crispy; remove bacon.
- 3Sauté onion in the bacon fat, add vinegar, sugar, water, and beef broth; bring to a boil.
- 4Toss potatoes in the warm dressing, top with bacon and parsley, and serve warm.
