Gambas al Ajillo (Garlic Shrimp)

- •garlic cloves sliced
- •extra virgin olive oil
- •red pepper flakes
- •dry sherry
- •fresh parsley
Instructions
- 1Heat a generous amount of olive oil in a heavy clay dish or skillet.
- 2Add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until garlic starts to golden.
- 3Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink.
- 4Splash with dry sherry, cook for 1 minute, and serve bubbling, topped with parsley.
