Fresh Guacamole & Chips
Creamy Hass avocados gently crushed in a molcajete with fresh lime, rinsed white onions, tomatoes, serrano peppers, and fresh cilantro.

- •ripe Hass avocados
- •fresh lime juice
- •white onion finely diced and rinsed in cold water
- •Roma tomato seeded and diced
- •Serrano or jalapeño pepper finely minced
- •fresh cilantro leaves chopped
- •sea salt
- •crispy warm corn tortilla chips
Instructions
- 1Mince the white onion, serrano pepper, cilantro, and salt together in a bowl or molcajete to release the flavorful paste.
- 2Cut avocados, discard pits, scoop out the flesh and add to the bowl.
- 3Gently mash using a fork or pestle, keeping the texture chunky rather than pureed.
- 4Gently fold in the lime juice and diced Roma tomatoes.
- 5Season with sea salt, garnish with cilantro leaves, and serve with hot, freshly fried tortilla chips.
