French Mustard Chicken
Chicken breasts baked in a creamy Dijon mustard and white wine sauce.

- •Dijon mustard
- •grainy mustard
- •heavy cream
- •dry white wine
- •shallot minced
- •thyme
Instructions
- 1Sear chicken breasts in a hot skillet with butter for 4 minutes per side; set aside.
- 2Sauté minced shallot in the pan drippings. Pour in white wine and simmer until reduced by half.
- 3Stir in both mustards and heavy cream, simmer for 2 minutes.
- 4Return chicken to the pan, cover, and simmer for 8 minutes until cooked through.
